The development of APCASO’s Strategic Plan 2010-2014 was a process guided by the insights, experiences and goodwill of many HIV and AIDS stakeholders in the region. They represented diverse CBOs, NGOs and networks at national and regional levels as well as funding agencies and large international NGOs. To those who responded through emails, telephone interviews, e-survey, or participation at workshop, we would like to thank them for their thoughts and ideas.
The 2010-2014 Plan sets four strategic directions for the next five years:
- Advocacy
- Capacity development
- Partnership and networking
- Institutional strengthening
