A Strategic Plan Workshop was held on 12-14 October with these objectives:
- discuss the findings of the strategic assessment process, and
- develop in detail the contents of the APCASO Strategic Plan for 2010-14
The final draft of APCASO's 2010-2014 Strategic Plan is expected to be available in early December. (Our new-look website will be launched in early December.
At various stages of this process, we are reaching out and engaging with diverse stakeholders working on HIV/AIDS issues in Asia and Pacific, particularly networks representing and organisations working with the key marginalised/vulnerable communities. Their contributions, whether with an e-survey, telephone interview or participation at the workshop, will refine and strengthen APCASO's mission and programmes to make them current, relevant and effective.
